Conqueror of the Darkness

The Headshots

Note that JFK’s head moves forward first. This movement is not visible at normal speed with the naked eye. It is with the speed of a bullet, just a fraction of a second from the impact of a bullet that hits JFK in the back of the head. Then the head moves violently back and to the left from the impact of another bullet from the front in the right temple.
From the confession of James Files 1994: “When I got to the point where I thought it would be the last field of fire, I had zeroed in to the left side of the head there that I had because if I wait any longer then Jacqueline Kennedy would have been in the line of fire and I had been instructed for nothing to happen to her and at that moment I figured this is my last chance for a shot and he had still not been hit in the head. So, as I fired that round, Mr. Nicoletti and I fired approximately at the same time as the head started forward then it went backward. I would have to say that his shell struck approximately 1000th of a second ahead of mine maybe but that what’s started pushing the head forward which caused me to miss from the left eye and I came in on the left side of the temple.”

From the confession of James Files 2003:

J – where were you aiming?

JF – Oh, I was aiming for his right eye, which to me is the left side of his head looking head on. But for him it would be his right eye, and when I pulled the trigger, and I’m right in on it, and it’s almost like looking 6 feet away through the scope. As I squeezed, take off my round, his head moved forward, I missed and I come in right along the temple. Just right behind the eye.

J – Here or in the hairline?

JF – Well, I’m not sure, you know I can’t see the penetration, I know I hit him right here (pointing at temple). I know I hit behind the eye. Somewhere within a half inch diameter right there (pointing again).

W – So there were actually two shots almost simultaneously?

J – You think he got hit as you squeezed?

JF – What I believe is this : ….. And I got my readings as a marksman, I’m a good shooter, always was, I’m not bragging on my stuff, don’t get me wrong, but that’s what got me my start with David Phillips. Because of something that I did in the service, and I made a mark there and it’s on record and it’s recorded, for headshots, for what I did, and the things that I did. But anyway, to make a long story short, as I am preparing to squeeze off my round, Kennedy’s head moved forward, just as I squeezed. It was already in process, the head started forward. To me … what I believe is, … and I did not see, let me clear the fact now, I never saw Mr. Nicoletti shoot Kennedy, but I know he was the man in the Daltex building, the man supposed to be doing the shooting. Therefore the head started forward and as far as I am concerned Mr Nicoletti hit him at that point. As I squeezed off my round, the head started forward, I hit it and blew the head backwards.

Former warden Tony Godinez of Staville prison, Illinois, where James Files is incarcerated for attempted murder of a police officer. Godinez has interviewed James Files more than anyone else. He has found his story about JFK meticulously detailed and consistent over the years, and he has never been able to catch Files in a lie or fabrication, no matter how hard he tried. He tells that James Files never bragged about the JFK assassination, and that the only emotion that Files displayed about it, was frustration that he missed his target by a few inches as he was aiming for Kennedy’s right eye. Godinez states that Files was well respected in prison, that he had no fear for other inmates, most of whom are black, but that he requested to be in protective custody. Asked for the reason, Files explained he felt safer that way from retaliation by a government agency.
JFK’s Press Secretary Malcolm Kilduff indicating on 11/22/1963 how the fatal shot was inflicted.
Dennis David, who saw JFK’s wounds on autopsy photos, indicates where he saw an entry wound.
James Files, confessed assassin of JFK, indicates where he hit JFK.
Houston Chronicle coverage,
Published Nov. 22, 1963:

Dr. Kemp Clark, neurosurgeon, said:
“I was called because the President had sustained a brain injury.”
“It was apparent the President had sustained a lethal wound,” Dr. Clark said.
“A missile had gone in and out of the back of his head, causing extensive lacerations and loss of brain tissue. Shortly after I arrived, the President’s heart stopped. We attempted resuscitation, initiating closed chest heart massage, but to no avail.
“We were able to obtain a palpable pulse by this method but again to no avail.
President Kennedy died on the emergency table after 20 minutes.

The debris exiting from the back of JFK’s head is traveling too fast to be captured in the 18 frame per second Zapruder film. But in a frame of the Nix film you can clearly see how the back of his his head is blown out.

For those who wonder about the debris pattern at the right front of JFK’s head, the pictures hereunder illustrate how the debris patterns behave at the impact of a bullet.

Mark Lane: Mr Bowers, how many shots did you hear?

Lee Bowers: There were three shots and these were spaced with one shot, then a pause and then two shots in very close order, such as perhaps (knocking on table) knock ….. knock-knock. Almost on top of each other, while there was some pause between the first and the second shots.

Lane: Did you tell that to the Dallas Police?

Bowers: Yes, I told this to the police and then also told it to the FBI, and also I had a discussion two or three days later with them concerning this, and they made no comment other than the fact that when stated that I felt like the third and the second and third shot could not have been fired from the same rifle, they reminded me that I was not an expert. And I had to agree (Bowers smiles sourly).

(Lee Bowers died in 1966 in a mysterious car crash without witnesses on a lone Texas country road)

The Three Tramps Part 6

The Three Tramps

Now, investigators came out saying that this man, Harold Doyle, was the short tramp. I do not believe that anyone needs a degree in structure, facial structure, to notice that the head is just shaped differently for this individual. His chin is a little longer, his nose is way bigger and his lips are further away from his nose and the eyebrow-shape is completely different.

Here is another view of the shorter tramp. Again, the tramp that I believe is Charles Harrelson, who is definitely taller than Charles Rogers, he is behind him like 10 or 15 feet and he still appears taller than the shorter tramp. So I would guess this man to be 5.5. It is hard to do that, but notice the vehicle. That man’s body relative to the vehicle. He is 5.5.

here is another picture of Charles Frederick Rogers in grade school or middle school

Notice the lines that travel from the center of the face underneath the eyes, accross the cheekbnes. Now this is a young boy, but his bone structure is such that he has a line there. It has not gone to a wrinkle because he is younger. But what you know, as you age, if there is an indention on your face, as you get older, it unfortunately turns into a wrinkle. This shorter tramp has that wrinkle in exactly the same place. Under his eye. Exactly the same place.

I took the liberty of taking his picture of him standing with his uncle, in the yard when he was I think 16 or 17. And I drew lines around his eyesockets, under his nose, and I drew a line on the forehead where the boney superciliary arch, right where it stops, where it starts thrusting out and where it’s the summit of that bony ridge, I drew a line. And I drew a line where the hair started and where it sort of curves back. And if you look at the shorter tramp, it has got the same landmarks. as bets as, you know, as best as I can do, considering his head is in a slightly different position, It is turned a little, but still those horizontal landmarks as you go up in the face, you campare them and it’s just almost identical. So even his hair, the texture of his hair when he combs it, tends to bend back in about the same place.
Editor’s note: The correct slides as discussed here, with the lines drawn on the face, are not available in electronic format. The picture of the tramp on the right is not the correct one either.

Another picture of Charles Frederick Rogers, compared to the shorter tramp. Unfortunately, I need to tell you that, because your nose consists of gristle, cartilage, cartilage material, also your ears, your ears and your nose grow your whole life. They do not stop growing. So the nose is bigger but I believe Charles is 13 on the left and then he is of course 41 on the right.

If you take the outline of the ears ….Everybody has dissimilar ears. Sometimes they look identical but one ear is going to be different on one side of your head from the other ear. It is just universal.

And if you outline the ears of the youthful Rogers ….

And you compare them, it’s almost identical. I mean this is just remarkable. You can’t even … it’s hard to replicate these positions of people’s heads. It’s just remarkable.

The Three Tramps

Another picture of the shorter tramp.
All I can say is that if these are not the men who I say they are, then it’s just such an amazing coincidence that Charles Frederick Rogers, who was an excellent shot, a pilot, who was proficient in spanish and russian, and who was probably in the CIA, … and he is the only identifiable suspect in the double murder of his parents, he dismembered them and then put them in the refrigerator, which would be …. I think you would guess that if you think about this murder scene, it was a means to gain time. To store the bodies so that they would not smell and so that he could get his affairs in order before he had to leave town.
So here is a man that looks just like him, at the scene after Kennedy was shot. Behind him is a man who is known … he is a suspect in two other murders, in the Doolittle murder in Corpus Christi, …. Charles Harrelson, and then he was convicted of a murder of a federal judge, for hire, he was paid to murder that judge. Another excellent shot, this man is an excellent marksman. And then behind him is a man that looks exactly like Chauncey Holt, who SAYS he was there. Who is also an excellent shot. And who said he worked for the mob and for the CIA.
Editor’s note: And who identified the other two as Charles Harrelson and Richard Montoya, which was an alias that Charles Rogers used.
So it’s just a coincidence that all three of these men, who were nefarious, criminal types …, two of which were murder suspects, one convicted. It’s just a coincidece that they are in Dealey Plaxa, and being arrested by the police officers after Kennedy was shot.
Now, I said … I say that the old tramp is Chauncey Holt.
And that the short tramp is Charles Frederick Rogers
And all I can say, there is a detective named Jim Benford, he is at the Houston Police Department. we have a double homicide in Houston, Texas, that is still unsolved. If you know where this man is, call him at 713 308 3600. Because we like to talk to this man. We believe he murdered his parents.
And then of course Charles Harrelson … is the blond-headed tramp. And why do we have to go though all this? The Dallas Police Department arrested three men, right after the president of the United States is killed …. and they do not photograph those men … Everyone knows that if you are arrested, even for a minor crime, you get fingerprinted and you get photographed. And if THEY had photographs, then they would show me by now .. they could come and show me that “No, this isn’t Charles Harrelson!…
“No, this is not Chauncey Holt! This is not Charles Rogers!” They could show me these pictures and say: “Gosh, it’s just guys that look just like them!” But they don’t have pictures. Law enforcement people have taken pictures of people they arrest since after the Civil War. For sure it was a common practice by the nineteentwenties! And where are the fingerprints? They don’t have them! And what DID happen that day?
Chauncey knew! Chauncey told us. They were walked to the police department and then they were let go, out the back door. Not being photographed. So because of the Dallas Police Department … and why did the Dallas Police Department not photograph these men? So they could tell me “No, this is not these men. It’s just other people that look just like them.” That’s the question I wanna know! Why weren’t they photographed, why weren’t they fingerprinted?

The Three Tramps Part 4

The Three Tramps

If you put it next to that man … on the shadow next to his lips, that go from his nose down past his lips … yes, it’s darker because it’s harsher lighting, but if you discount that, all the features are identical. The eyebrow shapes, the eyebrow placement relatively to the eyes, the ear … everything. You see that wrinkle on the left in the younger photo? On his neck?
Here is another pose of the tramp, the older tramp, and Chauncey… I just don’t believe I need to really explain to any human being who recognizes faces, that this is the same individual.
He said he was there the day that Lee Harvey Oswald was handing out flyers in New Orleans, pro Cuba, and if you look at the man on the right with the sunglasses … and then on the far right he posed for me. Notice the shape of the flesh on the forehead, right above the eyeglasses, even that is identical. And the hairline has receded more, as some men, this happens, your hair recedes more as you get older. That is receded more, but it is actually the same shape. Just more receded. Even the arm-shape. Everything, the shoulders, the slope of the shoulders, which is unique with various individuals.
There is Gus Abrams. I believe, I know his last name is Abrams. He has been said to be the older tramp.
And this is easy to discount. Once again, his lips are further away from the bottom of his nose. It is just impossible that this individual is the older tramp. It’s impossible. Also the nose is shorter relative to the shape of the face and the size of the face. It’s just a smaller nose. Also the eyebrows, the eyesockets are a different shape and the eyebrows start down towards the center of the nose and they go up, they make a zig-zag. This individual’s eyebrows make a zig-zag, they go up after leaving the center of the face and as they travel to the outside of the face, they go back down. Chauncey’s are relatively just straight accross and so are the older tramp’s. There is just no plastic surgery available to make these changes in your face. This is absolutely not the old tramp.
Here is another picture of Chauncey. That’s an article in Newsweek.
He was a circus performer at one time… and he stayed in good shape. And this is a picture … I’m assuming he is in his late sixties
And once again, if you draw lines on the face … I don’t even need to prove this, I mean this is just definitely not Abrams.
It is just abundantly obvious to me. Even the chin, the chin, okay, this is from the mouth to the bottom of the chin, it’s way longer for Gus Abrams.
And this is a painting Chauncey Holt did. He was a really established painter, a talented painter.
